CLIENTS
Website for ABC Swimming & Coaching

ABC Swimming & Coaching is a well-established swim school operating across multiple pools in Hampshire, helping swimmers of all ages build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy the water in a structured, supportive environment.

Led by Anna, the business has grown steadily over the years, earning a strong local reputation through high-quality teaching and consistent results. But while the offline side of the business was thriving, the website was starting to fall behind.
The structure had become difficult to navigate, key information wasn’t easy to find, and most importantly, it wasn’t effectively turning visitors into enquiries.
They came to us looking for a complete redesign. Not just something that looked better, but something that worked better.

Designed to consistently turn visitors into enquiries
From the start, the focus wasn’t just on aesthetics. It was on clarity, structure, and making it easy for parents to take action.
We redesigned the site around a simple principle: answer the right questions, in the right order, and guide users towards booking.
In practice, that meant:
Clear pathways for new parents, existing swimmers, and coaching enquiries
Simple navigation across lessons, pools, and pricing
Strong, visible CTAs like “Book a free lesson” throughout the site
Fast-loading pages designed for mobile-first browsing

The result is a website that’s easy to use from the first click, especially for busy parents who just want quick answers and a clear next step.
Built for real-world behaviour
Most people visiting a swim school website aren’t browsing for fun. They’re trying to figure out:
Is this right for my child?
Where are the lessons held?
How much does it cost?
What do I do next?
The new structure was designed to remove friction at every stage.
Instead of overwhelming users with information, the site guides them through a natural flow. Building trust first, then making it easy to take action.
This is the same approach we apply across our conversion-focused website design work, where the goal isn’t just to launch something that looks good, but something that actively generates enquiries.

The impact
Once the new site went live, the difference was immediate.
ABC saw a +130% increase in enquiries within the first 60 days, alongside a clear increase in trial lesson bookings in the first few weeks and improved performance across key pages.
But beyond the numbers, the biggest shift was in how people interacted with the site.
Parents were able to find what they needed quickly, understand the offering, and move forward without confusion. Something the previous site struggled to achieve.
Why this works (and most websites don’t)
Most small business websites fail for a simple reason.
They focus on design before structure.
They look fine, but they don’t guide users towards taking action.
For ABC, the shift came from rethinking the journey. Not just what the site says, but how it leads people through it.
By simplifying the structure, clarifying the messaging, and making the next step obvious, the website becomes more than just a brochure. It becomes a tool that supports growth.
